Change the colour of the shop id in accounts list

Status reconciliation — 2026-10-22

Palette/shop-ID implementation merged in PR #70. Remaining: deployed locale overrides and real-client visual acceptance. ADT-193 separately tracks the transaction amount rendering defect and PR #79; that follow-up does not mean the palette change is unimplemented.

We need to change the colour of the shop id in the accounts list for firms.
