Loading issues
Follow-up to the lowercase rename (PAR-256): place packages semantically.
breeze namespace: breeze/utils + top-level utils → unified utils/; breeze/utils/encoding → utils/encoding; breeze/utils/implementationfeatures → utils/compat (update the 2 ImplementationAdapter.forName strings); breeze/collection/SimpleCache → utils/; breeze/configuration (annotation-driven config framework) → merge into configuration/ (with Properties/Messages) + configuration/annotations/.adapter/ classes by responsibility: Paper_1_13_2 → listeners/block/breaking/PaperBlockDestroyListener; Spigot_1_20 sign-backside half → listeners/block/SignBacksideProtector; the /iteminfo enrichers (map/crossbow/axolotl/bundle/potion/armor-trim, from Spigot_1_14/1_17/1_20/1_20_5) → one listeners/iteminfo/ExtendedItemInfoListener; Spigot_1_15_2 getProvides hook → folded into Dependencies. Delete adapter/ and the reflection registration.metadata/ItemDatabase → database/; uuids/ → players/; containers/AdminInventory → economy/.Naming: keep plural utils. No behaviour change; verify with a clean :chestshop:plugin:build.
