Consolidate into a monorepo / monolith

No need for a separate java backend methinks

State reconciliation — 2026-10-13

Reconciled 2026-10-13: monorepo consolidation shipped in https://github.com/ParadauxIO/tesks/pull/2. backend/ and ui/ now share one repository and hostname, with /api/public and /api/private routing. The Java/Spring backend still exists and owns writes/schema; removing it or consolidating to a single runtime has NOT been delivered. Kept open for that remaining scope.
