- Add a workspace entitlement for the support add-on. Every support endpoint and every bot interaction checks it in the backend.
- Add support seats: a flag on a workspace member that grants it, plus a seat limit on the entitlement.
- Only seated members can claim, close, reply, add notes or change a ticket's type. This applies in the app and in Discord.
- Settings UI: turn the add-on on or off, and assign or remove seats.
- No billing integration. Staff set the entitlement for now.
