Loading issues
Implemented in PR #55, merged 2026-10-18: fourth schema/config handling, runbook and seven passing tests including disposable four-database snapshot/restore. The full real-data refresh was not rerun by that PR; this closes the requested script change, not a new production/staging refresh.
ops/dev-server/refresh-staging.py only copies s80037_economy, s80037_chestshops and s80037_realty, so the dev server's LuckPerms stays near-empty: no prod groups or rank grants, and plugins that check groups (e.g. ActiveSync's active) misbehave.
On 2026-10-18 s80037_luckperms was copied by hand (~273 MB dump, 144k players, 191 groups, 1.4M action log rows, all InnoDB, 21 s import).
s80037_luckperms to the schema allowlist; read its credentials from LuckPerms/config.yml (data.address host:port form).fetch-staging-configs.sh fetches that config too.
