QA: analytics exposes raw fractional days instead of readable status age

Part of QA PAR-457. Reproduce: create an issue, set In progress, open /w/design-qa-20261018/analytics at 1440×900. Status ageing → Median age renders 0.0006656786805555555d (changes with elapsed time). This is unreadable and implies meaningless precision; prevents managers scanning stalled work. Expected: '<1h', 'a few minutes', or consistently rounded hours/days; retain exact timestamps in a tooltip if useful. Observed 18 Oct 2026. Implemented in the dependent QA stack: https://github.com/ParadauxIO/taskl.ie/pull/98

Combined verification passed: full API suite (1,306 tests), web lint and TypeScript, unit suite (1,211 passed; one existing skip), 483 Chromium story checks, and the production Next.js/CSS build. Desktop/mobile component evidence and a flow diagram are attached where applicable; server-rendered screenshot gaps and GitHub rollout prerequisites are explicit in the PR.

Awaiting review and merge; production application code has not been deployed by this task.
