−Removed: Part of QA PAR-457. At 390×844 signed into isolated workspace, accessibility snapshot for navigation 'Primary' contains five links with no names (My issues, Issues, Triage, Projects, Search are visibly painted but omitted from accessibility names). Reproduced on issues, create issue and issue detail. Screen-reader users cannot identify the main destinations. Expected each link has a stable accessible name independent of CSS-hidden labels. Verify with browser accessibility snapshot and VoiceOver/TalkBack. Evidence: .playwright-mcp snapshots 22:21 and .context/design-qa-20261018/empty-mobile.png. Also verify Search is a button/action rather than current-page anchor.
+Added: Withdrawn during discriminating verification in QA PAR-457. MCP browser_snapshot omits the names, but native Playwright ariaSnapshot() includes My issues, Issues, Triage, Projects and Search, and getByRole('link', {name:'Issues',exact:true}) resolves successfully. DOM contains the names as text nodes. This was a tool snapshot artifact, not an app accessibility defect. No implementation requested.
