Part of QA PAR-457. First principles journey: new project → plan work. On the project page the Issues section says 'No open issues in this project. Assign an issue to this project from its page.' There is no Add existing issue / New issue action in this section. On mobile the only creation affordance is a global unlabeled plus, while the page asks users to leave, find/create an issue elsewhere, and assign it back. Expected: contextual Create issue (prefilled project) and Add existing issues actions beside the Issues heading/empty state. Existing global creation does prefill project, but the page does not communicate that relationship. Reproduced desktop 1440×900 and mobile 390×844 at /w/design-qa-20261018/projects/17143acd-d2b5-4bb9-9a0e-8ff31d4c25b9. Evidence: project-desktop.png and project-mobile.png in .context/design-qa-20261018.
Implemented in the dependent QA stack: https://github.com/ParadauxIO/taskl.ie/pull/95
Combined verification passed: full API suite (1,306 tests), web lint and TypeScript, unit suite (1,211 passed; one existing skip), 483 Chromium story checks, and the production Next.js/CSS build. Desktop/mobile component evidence and a flow diagram are attached where applicable; server-rendered screenshot gaps and GitHub rollout prerequisites are explicit in the PR.
Awaiting review and merge; production application code has not been deployed by this task.
