Part of QA PAR-457. Live populated production Hibernia Economy project /w/paradaux/projects/bcd88e3a-b067-4b24-a226-8bf189244b26 at 390×844 and 1440×900. KPI and project list report '158 live this week'; Delivery panel simultaneously says 'No production deploy recorded yet. On dev and live counts fill in once deployments are connected.' Managers cannot determine whether the release is live or whether integration is missing, undermining the main milestone/delivery model. Expected: one consistent definition and source of shipped/live; if historic records populate the KPI, explain their provenance instead of asserting no production record. This is an observed UI contradiction; data-source cause needs investigation. Evidence: prod-projects-bcd88e3a-b067-4b24-a226-8bf189244b26-390.png and -1440.png in .context/design-qa-20261018.
Implemented in the dependent QA stack: https://github.com/ParadauxIO/taskl.ie/pull/96
Combined verification passed: full API suite (1,306 tests), web lint and TypeScript, unit suite (1,211 passed; one existing skip), 483 Chromium story checks, and the production Next.js/CSS build. Desktop/mobile component evidence and a flow diagram are attached where applicable; server-rendered screenshot gaps and GitHub rollout prerequisites are explicit in the PR.
Awaiting review and merge; production application code has not been deployed by this task.
