Loading issues
PR #97 is the first PAR-509 stack layer. Adds a read-only V40 blocker report alongside the broad candidate inventory. The report follows actual migration identity/collation, released-firm, placeholder, alias, blank and whitespace rules. All 27 namespace MariaDB tests pass, including report-versus-migration-guard assertions. Full combined build passes. No tenant inspection, schema repair or production query was performed; the operational acceptance criteria above remain open.
For each target tenant, inspect Flyway Info/checksums using the selected release and record actual schema version and pending migrations. Run the release data-assumption checks and ops/name-collision-inventory.sql. Capture compatibility-view state in coordination with PAR-250. Record blockers and route name remediation to the namespace preparation task. Do not assume V15 or use repair/baseline as a generic fix.
Done when every tenant has a dated preflight report, with unexpected applied versions/checksums and data violations resolved or explicitly blocking cutover. Keep credentials and detailed production records out of public issue text.
