Assign the maintenance coordinator, migration operator, verification owner and rollback decision owner. Agree measured downtime and recovery budget; prepare/issue the approved player and API-user notice. Verify the Argo Image Updater/auto-sync hold procedure for all production tenants sharing images, coordinating with PAR-250 so main pushes cannot prematurely promote code.
