Loading issues
After cutover, verify each tenant's schema, money invariants, player-directory/access counts, service health and clean plugin startup. Exercise login/authorization, old-token rejection and reissued-token success, Explorer account/firm/shop pages, /balance, payment, a ChestShop purchase and firm sales. Coordinate owner remediation with PAR-318 and production-scale Explorer observation with PAR-159.
Record go/no-go, monitoring period, rollback decisions and backup retention. PAR-235 historical sale linking may be scheduled separately with an explicit owner/disposition.
Done when per-tenant smoke/invariant evidence is attached, material regressions are resolved or block release acceptance, and the agreed stability period and follow-up ownership are recorded.
