Loading issues
PAR-519 source was located in MCCitiesNetwork/NexoUtilities. Provider PR #1 repairs reload; Hibernia PR #100, stacked on #99, enables the regression and updates evidence. The unmodified source fails the denied-purchase assertion (stock 8 → 4). The corrected provider passes two full local provider-profile runs: 6 tests / 0 failures / 0 errors / 0 skips each, 78.60s / 85.15s, identical runtime manifests and unchanged source. Evidence: 20261023T195518Z-3673512 at Hibernia 75cede463dc2a91af1d236682413768ae395616d; documentation-only commit follows it. Corrected Utilities 3.0.0 source 597c395fd244d689aa14a92068377c80bb314550, JAR SHA-256 5b45eea19785c26c6894bc2ca359a9118dda7463e5cea8c98611ef2bafb10a05. Select by hash/source, since the version label is unchanged. Both PRs are open; the shared installed artifact was not replaced. Final frozen-release and manual/client acceptance remain separate.
PR #98, based on #97, records installed Paper/REST/plugin JAR hashes before runtime startup and rejects missing or changed artifact evidence across clean runs. CI now supports stack/** base branches and executes the tooling tests. Seven tooling tests and the full combined Gradle build pass. The focused rebuilt payment/disband live pair passed at 798830b7: 8 tests / 0 skips / 0 failures per run, 63.41s / 55.93s, identical runtime artifact manifests and unchanged source. Local evidence: build/integration-acceptance/20261023T194531Z-3646450/run-{1,2}. This verifies runner wiring, not the full final release acceptance matrix. Manual/provider gaps and the selected final release revision remain outstanding.
Use the frozen release tree and actual intended runtime/artifact set. Reconcile the source coverage queue and latest PAR-502 report; do not count historical results or stubs as final real-provider acceptance. Coordinate provider/manual checks with PAR-496 and menu rendering/Bedrock gaps with PAR-8. Include remaining permission, scheduler, identity, lifecycle and recovery branches in the evidence/disposition matrix.
Run applicable profiles twice consecutively from clean state, preserving exact SHA/fingerprint, runtime versions, test/skip counts, durations and failures without retry masking. Current ownership/disband fixes already have focused evidence; do not reimplement them. TreasuryIngest is retired, not a missing prerequisite.
Done when all required journeys pass and every residual gap has an explicit owner, linked task and release disposition. Report whether the final selected tree is certified, not merely that CI is green.
