Loading issues
Create issues based on bulleted input and update tasks by combining tools, such as searching for all issues assigned to a user and reassigning them.
Reconciled 2026-10-13: CREATE_BATCH is implemented on merged main (commit 66da3d4) for splitting a message/thread into multiple issues, with the Discord confirmation path. The original bulk-update/reassignment flow and dedicated MCP bulk_create/bulk_update tools are not implemented. Remains Backlog for the outstanding bulk mutation scope; do not treat batch creation alone as completion.
The previous claim that MCP bulk updates are absent is superseded: PR #24 merged on 2026-10-17 and tasklie_bulk_update_tasks is available. It supports filter/ref selection, assignment changes, dry-run preview, expected-count protection, an atomic 500-task cap and batched notifications. Current main also retains CREATE_BATCH for Discord batch creation. Keep this ticket open for the remaining original Discord bulk-update/reassignment interaction with a single confirmation; the triage decision model still has single UPDATE and CREATE_BATCH rather than a bulk-update action. A dedicated MCP bulk-create tool is also absent.
Scoping: bulk operations. Two flows: (1) create many from a bulleted message (one issue per bullet, shared project/team), (2) bulk update by combining read+write tools (e.g. "reassign all of @x's open issues to @y" → search then update each). Sketch: a
BULKtriage action carrying a list of sub-ops + a single confirm step; MCPbulk_create/bulk_update. Needs the confirm-UX for N mutations and a cap. Moderate; build after PAR-54's read-tool path.
