Why
The only way into the admin area was an "Admin" entry hidden in the account menu, and /admin itself was a list of tools that repeated the sidebar.
Change (economy-explorer)
- Add an Admin button to the top bar for viewers with at least one admin tool, highlighted inside
/admin. Phones get it in the menu sheet. Remove the account-menu entry.
- Replace the
/admin tool list with a dashboard. Each panel needs the permission of the tool it summarises:
- Needs attention: failing and auto-disabled webhooks, overdue deliveries to live webhooks, API keys expiring within 14 days, requests refused (403) in the last 24 hours.
- Recent changes: the latest 10 admin changes from the audit log.
- Ledger writers: each plugin's latest settled transaction and its 24-hour count.
- Feature flags: state and last change.
- Rename the sidebar entry "Overview" to "Dashboard".
Acceptance
- Admins see the Admin button and no Admin entry in the account menu; non-admins see neither.
- The dashboard only shows panels the viewer has permission for, and one failing panel doesn't break the page.
- e2e navigation, admin and a11y specs pass on desktop and mobile.
