Correct balance composition and remove misleading supply trend

Part of PAR-339 (https://app.taskl.ie/w/paradaux/issues/PAR-339); stack PR 1/5. Workspace subtasks are disabled, so linked through descriptions.

Replace undefined net-supply shares with explicit signed balances and clearly labelled positive holdings where relevant. Remove personal-supply sparkline sourced from transaction volume. Rename non-archived active accounts to open accounts.

Acceptance: implement behaviour, update relevant player documentation, verify populated/empty states and relevant desktop/mobile and permission boundaries. Record PR and validation here.

Implemented in PR #10, part 1/5 of the PAR-339 stack into develop. Final stack validation passes: 169 unit/integration tests with coverage thresholds, 124 Playwright tests, lint, production build/typecheck, and full Gradle build. Ready for review; merge in stack order. Not merged or deployed.
