Restore mobile global search and prioritise table essentials

Part of PAR-339 (https://app.taskl.ie/w/paradaux/issues/PAR-339); stack PR 5/5. Workspace subtasks are disabled, so linked through descriptions.

Accessible mobile search entry, keyboard focus/escape handling. Show name and balance together on compact directories with secondary information available; simplify mobile chart presentation.

Acceptance: implement behaviour, update relevant player documentation, verify populated/empty states and relevant desktop/mobile and permission boundaries. Record PR and validation here.

Implemented accessible mobile header search with focus/Escape restoration, compact signed-in header, name-plus-balance account/firm/wealth tables, expandable secondary details, and selectable single-series mobile charts. Browser verification exposed a pre-hydration filter interaction race; FilterSelect now stays disabled until mounted and while its navigation is pending. Final full-suite verification is running before PR publication.

Implemented in PR #14, part 5/5 of the PAR-339 stack into develop. Final stack validation passes: 169 unit/integration tests with coverage thresholds, 124 Playwright tests, lint, production build/typecheck, and full Gradle build. Ready for review; merge in stack order. Not merged or deployed.
