PAR-369

Rich text editor for descriptions and comments: slash commands, paste images, @mentions, issue refs, ⌘Enter

Part of PAR-357.

Problem

Descriptions use a raw <textarea> behind an "Edit" button, with Save/Cancel (DS/InlineEdit/InlineEdit.tsx:186-236).
New issue uses a plain textarea with the hint "Markdown supported" and no preview.
Comments use a plain required textarea plus a "Comment" button (issues/[ref]/page.tsx:305-319), with no ⌘Enter and no preview.
Missing everywhere: a formatting toolbar, slash commands, image paste or attachments, @mentions, and issue-ref autocomplete.

ClickUp's inline editor with "Turn into" and slash menus (Mobbin).
Linear's borderless description and comment composer with attach and send buttons (Mobbin).
Wrike's @mention popover (Mobbin).

Adopt a markdown-backed WYSIWYG editor (Tiptap/ProseMirror or Lexical) that round-trips to the markdown we store, so MCP and Discord keep working.
Add slash commands (headings, checklist, code block, quote, table), a floating toolbar on selection, and auto-linking of PAR-123 refs as chips.
Add @mention autocomplete for workspace members (this feeds notifications; see the Inbox task).
Support image and file paste or drop upload.
Comments submit on ⌘Enter, and the composer grows as you type.
Descriptions are always editable in place: no Edit button, autosave with a "Saved" indicator.

PR: https://github.com/ParadauxIO/taskl.ie/pull/63. Partly done: markdown editor with toolbar, slash menu, @ and # suggestions, Cmd/Ctrl+Enter, autosave. Not done: WYSIWYG (kept markdown round-trip) and image paste/drop (no attachments API yet).

#63 is merged into rebuild.

What's in it
- Click-to-edit for the title and description, saved automatically.
- A markdown editor with a toolbar, a slash menu, and @/# suggestions.
Still open
- WYSIWYG editing.
- Pasting or dropping images and files. This needs an attachments API.
- Relations: blocks, blocked by, related, duplicate.
- Hover cards on issue refs.
