Loading issues
These override any conflicting suggestion in a child task.
Arial, Helvetica (no webfont), so pick one Helvetica-style webfont and ship it on both landing and app (PAR-359).I walked every journey in app.taskl.ie and compared each one with best-in-class references on Mobbin: Linear, Plane, Asana, Jira, ClickUp and others. A second, design-led pass covered typography (measured live), iconography (an inventory of the icon set), visual hierarchy, and the landing → first-value marketing journey.
The verdict:
North star: look like the landing mock; feel like Linear (instant, dense, keyboard-first, inline-editable). It should also be opinionated where taskl.ie is different: Discord-first triage and community voting.
Subtasks are disabled in this workspace, so the children are tracked by the UI Modernisation label and listed below.
A test account on the dev environment is needed to exercise the signed-in flows; the audit covered them from code only.
✅ Decision update (Rían, 2026-10-17): brand follows the new landing. The landing was redesigned today in commit eb603a0: white and neutral surfaces, a deep teal-green accent (#076666 light), the system font, and a Linear-like board mock. This replaces decision #1 ("landing-brand warm"). The warm sage/terracotta palette is dropped.
PAR-358, PAR-395 and PAR-399 should read "brand" as the new landing's tokens.
✅ Decision update (Rían, 2026-10-18): dark is the default, with green accents. The light/teal prototype "feels like a cheap Linear knockoff". This supersedes the earlier decisions on brand and default mode.
Revision 2 of the prototype is on https://github.com/ParadauxIO/taskl.ie/pull/34. Still open: the exact green (Signal, Lime or Emerald) and the sans.

The design is approved (PR #34 merged into rebuild). Implementation runs alongside the Architecture epic, PAR-408. Screens are built on the generated API client, never Kysely (commandment 6), so each screen waits for the domain migration that provides its data.

Already decided, so don't re-litigate: PAR-376 is canceled. PAR-381 is rewritten as Deployments plus Milestones. PAR-360 now uses our own task-box glyphs. Due dates, estimates and priority icons are removed. The design rules are in the root CLAUDE.md.
Every screen PR must match its Storybook reference, pass story a11y, include mobile (≤760px), and attach 2× screenshots.
Shipped: to production on 2026-10-18 in #37 (merge 3c0d36f). This epic was closed automatically by the new Deployments automation: #37 referenced it, and production deployment 3c0d36f moved it to Done.
Closed as delivered: every child the rebuild delivered, including foundations, the shell, every screen, public pages, onboarding, instant navigation and realtime.
Still open: partial children and all remaining gaps are tracked in PAR-449 (Post-rebuild follow-ups).

tasklie-dev-tester(Keycloak realmminecraft) can sign in to https://tesks-ui.dev.paradaux.io and owns a dedicated "UI Test Lab" workspace (team LAB) for exercising the signed-in flows. Implementation PRs can be verified there after a[DEPLOY]commit. Note that dev currently runs an older image than prod.
