Settings: a dedicated settings layout with sidebar nav, a General section with a danger zone, and fewer per-row Save buttons

Part of PAR-357.

Problem

Workspace settings is one long page (ui/app/(app)/w/[workspace]/settings/page.tsx), navigated by a row of bordered anchor buttons (#features #sprints #members #roles #sharing #statuses #labels, :117-133).
Save buttons everywhere: "Save features", a "Set" button per member row, Save per role card, and per label row an always-visible rename input, a native colour input and Save (:467-479). It reads like a spreadsheet.
No General section: you can't rename the workspace, change the slug or icon, leave it, or delete it.
Settings pages are scattered across the main nav: User settings, Integrations, API & MCP, Workspace settings, Usage.
Integrations is one 544-line page of stacked cards.
User settings lacks notification preferences, an avatar and a shortcut reference.

Reference

Dovetail settings: a dedicated left nav grouped Your profile / Workspace / Usage / Security, with section cards (Mobbin).
Supabase: grouped CONFIGURATION / CONNECTIONS / COMPLIANCE and row-style fields with a single Save (Mobbin).
v0: minimal toggle rows (Mobbin).

Do

Add a /settings layout that replaces the app sidebar with a settings nav ("← Back to app"):
- Account: Profile, Preferences, Notifications, Shortcuts
- Workspace: General, Members, Roles, Teams, Labels, Statuses, Features, Sharing, Billing / Usage
- Integrations: Discord, GitHub, API & MCP
Each section is its own route.
Autosave toggles and pickers with a toast. Text fields use a single Save per card, shown only when the form is dirty.
Labels become a compact table: colour dot, name, issue count, and a ⋯ menu (rename inline, change colour from a palette popover, merge, delete).
General: name, slug, icon, plus a danger zone (leave workspace, delete workspace with type-to-confirm).

Design ready: PR #34, stories "Settings / General, Members, Labels, Discord, GitHub, API and MCP".
- Layout: settings replace the app sidebar with their own nav ("Back to Paradaux"), grouped as Account / Workspace / Integrations.
- Pages are titled panels of rows: label and description on the left, control on the right. Toggles autosave.
- General: icon, name, address, default team, public access (public workspace, guests can vote, "Built with taskl.ie"), and a danger zone (leave / delete).
- Members: search, role filter, role menu per member, "via Discord/GitHub", pending invites with resend.
- Labels: colour-wash chip, description, issue count, menu.
- Discord: channel routes table (channel → team → status and label), who can use /task (roles), thread replies, AI summary, Discord sign-in, send test, disconnect.

Plan (branch par-384-settings, PR to rebuild).
- /settings gets its own nav (Back to app; Account, Workspace, Integrations) that replaces the app sidebar under /settings. Each section is its own route; on a phone /settings is the section list that drills in.
- Autosave for switches and pickers (toast); text fields share one Save per card, shown only when dirty.
- General (name, address, icon, leave, delete with type-to-confirm), Members on the invite endpoints (email and link, token shown once), Roles (permission switches), Teams, Labels (existing, soft colour-wash chip, no dot), Statuses, Features, Sprints, Sharing, Billing and usage, Discord, GitHub, API and MCP (legacy key path kept).
- Old long settings page, /integrations, /integrations/api, /usage and /settings/me removed (redirects keep old links working).

PR open: https://github.com/ParadauxIO/taskl.ie/pull/67 (against rebuild). All sections built; gaps: Notifications is a placeholder (no backend), no resend/test/Discord sign-in (no endpoints), GitHub and API cards reused in the new frame rather than restyled as rows, shared views not added to Sharing, and the /invite/<token> accept page does not exist yet.

Merged into rebuild as #67.

What's in it
- A settings layout with a settings nav. Each section has its own route, and on mobile you drill down from a section list.
- Autosave with toasts, and a single Save button per card that only appears when the card has unsaved changes.
- A General section with a danger zone. "Delete workspace" requires typing the name to confirm.
- Members use email and link invites. A new /invite/[token] accept page previews the invite while signed out, sends you through /login?next= (the return path is validated), then joins you.
- Destructive actions are quiet: they sit in row menus and confirm in a dialog. Only "Delete workspace" uses a solid destructive button.
Not done yet
- Notifications is a placeholder, because there's no backend for it.
- The GitHub and API & MCP cards reuse the old cards, and the GitHub card's red buttons are still there.
- API keys still use the legacy data path. PAR-424 is moving them.
- Shared views aren't in Sharing.
- The deployment settings card should move here (follow-up from PAR-381).
