Board redesign: correct column order, compact cards with avatars and priority icons, inline add, column menus, empty-column collapse

Problem (ui/app/(app)/w/[workspace]/board)

• Odd column order. Seen live, the board opens with Duplicate (0 issues) as the first column, then Triage, In Progress, Pending Release… Backlog, Todo and Done aren't visible without horizontal scrolling. Empty columns take full width and just say "No issues".
• Cards are heavy: ~16px padding, a big "PAR-248" ref line, "· High" as text, labels split left/right, and the assignee as text ("Unassigned" / "technofied") with no avatar (BoardDnd.tsx:175-189).
• No inline card creation. The column "New issue" link goes to the full page.
• No column menus. You can't collapse, hide or reorder columns from the board (ordering lives in settings).
• No swimlanes or group-by.
• Confusing header. The title "Board · PAR — Paradaux" sits beside a full-width search bar. Teams are tabs.
• Mobile switches columns with a native <select>.

Reference

• The landing page's own board mock is the target: small ref, title, one tag, avatar bottom-right, ⋯ on hover, warm card on a light column.
• Also the Asana board (Mobbin) and ClickUp board (Mobbin): "+ Add task" at the bottom of each column, a per-column count and ⋯ menu, and a "Customize view" sheet.

Do

• Order columns by status category (triage → backlog → unstarted → started → completed); hide Duplicate and Canceled by default.
• Collapse empty columns to a narrow vertical strip with the name and count. Add a column ⋯ menu (collapse, hide, sort within column).
• Card: ref + priority icon on top, title (2-line clamp), label dots, then due date, sub-issue progress and avatar along the bottom. Use 10–12px padding.
• Add inline "+ New" at the top of each column that creates a card in place (title only; Enter to save).
• Add Display options (shared with the list): group columns by status / assignee / priority / project, add swimlanes by assignee or project, card property toggles.
• Make drag work while filtered (see the DnD bug task).
• On mobile, use horizontally snapping columns instead of a native select.
