Part of PAR-357.
Problem
Nothing in the app tells a user what changed for them. There is:
- no inbox
- no notification bell
- no subscriptions
- no @mentions (comments are plain text)
You have to go hunting through lists. Every comparable product makes the inbox the home screen.

- Add an Inbox page: a list on the left (avatar, actor, action, issue ref + title, relative time, unread dot) and the issue preview on the right. Keyboard: J/K,
E mark read, ⌫ dismiss, S snooze.

- Add Subscribe / Unsubscribe in the issue header, with an avatar stack of subscribers.
- Add a notification preferences section in user settings (in-app, email, Discord DM).
- Put an unread badge on the Inbox item in the sidebar.
Canceled (Rían, 2026-10-18): the Inbox is out. Notifications for @mentions and watched issues can still go to Discord DM or email (see PAR-369 for mentions). There's no in-app inbox screen, and "My issues" plus Pinned views cover the personal entry points.
