Dev links: show each PR&#x27;s review state (approved / changes requested) and its CI check state.
Check runs: produce GitHub commit statuses / check runs from taskl.ie, for example &quot;linked issue PAR-123 : In progress&quot;. GithubClient already has the method, but nothing calls it yet.
Delivery: both go through the outbox with idempotency keys.
